September allowed us to settle back into a consistent routine and weekly schedule. It also remained warm and sunny, which left us plenty of opportunities to get the kids outside and run off their pent up energy from those long school days. We started a great new series learning about the “I AM” statements that Jesus made – which the kids seem to fully enjoy and understand (and accurately remember from week to week!). Check out pics of the fun below!
The Cathy’s Pointe kids are extremely compeitive and intense when it comes to game time.
The Cypress Creek kids ask Aloni if they can play “Jump the River” nearly every week. Good thing he’s a nice guy!
We didn’t spend all month outside. The Plum Creek kids especially love to hang out inside and color.
The Spring Terrace crew loves to be creative. Brooks brought them clay, and they had a blast making everything from monsters to bugs to people.
Our playground area at Glenwood definitly has some pretty views of Panhandle skies.
We come up with wacky relay races. The Ridgecrest kids seem to enjoy them the most.
The North Grand Villas group playing an oldie but goodie: “Red Light, Green Light.”
